Meet Our Staff
Dickson Jensen
President
Dickson Jensen, founder of All Iowa Attack Basketball in 2004, has been coaching and running the program for the past six years. Since the first years of the Attack program, Dickson has seen large developments. His passion and dedication to what he does have helped the program grow into one of the nation’s top clubs. It represents the desire to promote youth basketball and to establish an arena to develop leaders among the youth in the state of Iowa. Dickson Jensen is also the founder of the Jensen Group enterprise, which includes Jensen Property Management, Jensen Design Build, Jensen Development Corporation, The Harvester Golf Club, and All Iowa Attack Basketball.
Dickson is an ISU alum with an engineering degree and two masters degrees. He is also an example of what it means to be Dad and a husband of a large family. Dickson has been married to his wife Luann for 24 years and they have five children: Blake (21), Ally (20), Samantha (18), Mason (15), and Kolby (13).
Building a tradition of excellence, Dickson has guided this program in selecting high-level coaches as well as quality character kids that are responsible, respectful, and hard workers on the basketball court as well in life.
Jensen previously stated, “As you can see, to me it is about the kids and their gain for their lives now and in the future. Luann and I love kids and desire to influence them positively in these very influential years in their lives. A good kind of influence, that is honest, giving and yet firm and directive. To do this, the excellent staff of All Iowa Attack has worked very hard and are committed to continue to do this today and in the future.”
Lyndsey Fennelly
Head Skill Development Trainer / Coach Education
Lyndsey (Medders) Fennelly is a passionate student, teacher, and coach. She was an All-American point guard who attended Iowa State from 2003-2007 and holds the career assist record. After being drafted in the WNBA by the Indiana Fever, she ended her playing career to work with PGC Basketball, a nationally renowned basketball camp training middle school, high school, and college athletes with video analysis, classroom sessions, and on court training. She spent four years directing numerous camps, clinics, and personal workouts throughout North America training players to reach their goals at the highest level, even professional athletes. Lyndsey currently resides in Ames with her husband, Billy Fennelly, who is the Director of Player Development for the Iowa State women’s basketball team.

Keith “Lefty” Moore
Skill Development Trainer / Coach
Coach Keith Moore’s basketball background includes playing Division 1 college basketball at Iowa State University and where he was an assistant coach for one year. Many Iowans will recall his days as the starting point guard for Iowa State University, where he was an All Big 8 performer his senior year. He also played in the CBA and a lot of years overseas. Coach Moore was an assistant coach with the Iowa Energy of the NBA D League for three seasons. Coach Moore has also coached High School and AAU. He is entering his 5th year with All Iowa Attack. Coach Moore owns a skill development company out of Raleigh, North Carolina called “Elevate Basketball” that works with boys and girls ages 9 through college. Coach Moore has trained over 70 young men and 50 young women playing college or professional basketball. Coach Moore is looking forward to being a part of AIA full time and being part of one of the best AAU programs in the country.
Dedric Willoughby
Skill Development Trainer / Coach
Dedric Willoughby is a familiar name to the Ames area. The Iowa State standout brings a rich basketball background to AIA. He graduated from Archbishop High School in Marrero, Louisiana in 1992. Willoughby started his collegiate career playing at the University of New Orleans from 1992-1994. He then played at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa during the 1994-1995 season. He finished his college experience with a bang at Iowa State from 1995-1997.
Dedric made an immediate impact being selected captain of the team both seasons. He lead Iowa State to a Big Eight Championship in 1996 and a NCAA Sweet 16 finish in 1997. In his 1995-1996 season, he was a Honorable Mention All-American, USBWA All-District V, All Big 8 First Team, Big 8 Newcomer of the Year, Big 8 Tournament MVP, Big 8 Tournament First Team, and twice a Big 8 Player of the Week. In his 1996-1997 Willoughby was an All-American, All Big 12 First Team, Big 12 Tournament First Team, and on the All Century Team. While at Iowa State, Willoughby broke the school record for the most 3 pointers made in a game (9), the most 3 pointers made in a season (98), and the most minutes played in a season.
Willoughby went on to play professional basketball from 1997 to 2000. He started his professional career playing throughout Italy for three years. He then earned a spot for the Chicago Bulls from November 1999 through January 2000. He finished his basketball career playing a few months in Australia.
Before joining the Attack, Dedric has been living with his family and working in Atlanta, Georgia. Dedric brings many attributes to the staff including an exceptional ability to shoot the basketball, leadership, hard work and a passion for the game.
Blake Jensen
Tournament Director
Coach Jensen, a senior at Iowa State University, is a familiar face to the All Iowa Attack program. Prior to being a coach for the last four years, Blake is an alumni of the program that taught him the importance of leadership and teamwork.
As a prep, Blake, a basketball standout, was a three-year starter at Ballard High, a three-time All-Conference; two-time All-District; and three-time Academic All-Conference and District performer at Ballard High School. He was a two-year starting varsity quarterback leading Ballard High School to the football playoffs. He was also selected All-District on the gridiron. He was a four-year varsity golfer winning many Conference, Sectional, and District Championships. He capped his well-rounded high school career by winning two straight 3A State Golf Championships. Blake is a well-rounded example for our young athletes.
