Zach Isherwood
All Nebraska Attack Director

Coach Isherwood has been involved with coaching girls basketball for the past 13 years.  Along with coaching AAU, he has also coached at DII Fort Hays State, DIII Nebraska Wesleyan, and he is currently the varsity assistant at Millard South.  Zach has been very instrumental in helping Nebraska girls basketball reach new heights, and helping many girls fulfill their dreams of playing college basketball.  He is an UNL alum with a business degree, and is finishing his MBA.  He has great passion for the game and loves teaching leadership, character and work ethic that will make kids successful not only on the basketball court, but also in life.  “I don’t love basketball.  I really like basketball.  I LOVE helping and making a difference in the lives of kids through the game of basketball”.


Bryce Meyers
HS Girls Coach

Coach Meyers has been coaching basketball since 2006 where he was a Boys Varsity Assistant from 2006-2012. He is currently the Head Girls Coach at Millard South High School 2013-current. He attended Lincoln East High School where he was a part of a state championship team in 2001. Coach Meyers then went on to play at Briar Cliff University where he scored over 1,200 points in his career. He has been married since 2006 to Rachel and has three boys Koby, Brevin, and Briggs. Coach Meyers is excited to be a part of the ANA family.


Dana Wendelin
HS Girls Coach

Coach Wendelin has been coaching at Lincoln Northeast High School for 19 years. He has coached as a varsity assistant for both boys and girls basketball and has served as the Junior Varsity coach for the girls program. Dana helped guide the girls program to an undefeated season and first state championship in school history in 2005. Dana has spent over a decade coaching AAU Girls basketball. He comes to the Attack program bringing with him a great deal of passion and excellent relationship building skills. Dana’s family includes his wife Kristine and their 2 children, Jenna (15) who is in the ANA program and Luke (10) who also has the love for basketball.


Rick Mintken
HS Girls Coach

Coach Mintken is currently the head girls coach at Bellevue West High School and entering his 2nd year. Prior to Bellevue West, he spent 7 years at Millard West as a varsity assistant under Coach Kip Colony. Rick’s family includes his wife, Annie, a son, Emerson, and they are expecting another child in March.


Eric Jensen
HS Girls Coach

Coach Jensen has been coaching women’s basketball for the past 19 years. He spent 15 years at the collegiate level with the last 5 years as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Nebraska Wesleyan. Eric coached the only All American in school history and 4 players that scored a 1,000 points in their careers.  Eric believes in development of the whole athlete. He currently resides in Gretna, NE with his wife Cathy and 2 daughters, Leslie and Ella.


KK Houser
HS Girls Coach

KK helped lead her Lincoln Southeast basketball team to a state Championship in 2008. She was named Miss Nebraska basketball in 2009. Earning a scholarship to Purdue University she ead her team to back-to-back Big Ten Tournament championships. After graduation from Purdue in May 2014 she continued her basketball career playing professionally in Finland. KK was named the import player of the year for the Finnish League for the 2014-2015 season. She also coached Indiana’s best AAU 6th grade teams from 2013-2015.


Kip Colony
HS Girls Coach

Coach Colony has coached girl’s basketball for 27 years. He led his Millard West teams to seven District Titles, 11 State Appearances with two State Runner-ups, six semi-final appearances, and amassed over 400 wins. He was the Metro Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year in 2003 and 2008 and coached the Nebraska All-Stars in 2004 and the Metro Basketball Coaches Association All-Stars in 2000 and 2001.
Kip has a Master’s Degree in Education/Administration and is currently an Assistant Principal at Millard South High School. He brings a remarkable work ethic, passion, and energy to the game and truly believes in helping kids to become great adults by encouraging student-athletes to pursue their dreams and goals with a vigorous resolve. Kip and his wife, Cindy, have been married 30 years and have one son, Cole, who is an assistant coach at Bellevue West High School.


Taylor Shepard
HS Girls Coach

Taylor joins the ANA program after graduating last spring from Midland University where she played basketball and was a member of the 1,000 point club. She was involved in select basketball growing up and helped to coach youth teams throughout her high school and college years. She now teaches and coaches basketball at Elkhorn South High School.


McKenzie Fujan
HS Girls Coach

McKenzie helped lead her Bishop Neumann HS (Wahoo, NE) team to a runner-up finish, and back to back state championships (2009 & 2010). She then earned a basketball scholarship to Creighton University. During her Senior season at Creighton she earned All Big East second team honors. McKenzie graduated with a degree in Exercise Science, and is currently pursuing her MBA. Coach Fujan currently coaches the Girl’s Junior Varsity team and is the Varsity Assistant for her Alma mater Bishop Neumann.


Drew Olson
HS Girls Coach

Coach Olson completed his ninth year as head coach of Concordia University women’s basketball in 2014-15. The program’s all-time winningest coach (226-78), Olson guided the Bulldogs to their first-ever national title game appearance in 2015. Over the past four seasons, Olson has directed his teams to a combined four GPAC titles (tournament and regular season), four national tournament trips, two national semifinal appearances, an overall record of 119-21 and a GPAC mark of 68-12. Both the 2014-15 (35-3) and 2011-12 (34-3) squads eclipsed the 30-win mark. Concordia completed the 2014-15 season with an active streak of 52-consecutive top 25 rankings. Coaching is a familiar career choice for the members of the Olson family as his father, Rich, has coached girl’s basketball at the high school level for more than 30 years. Drew’s brother, Jarrod, is also in the college coaching ranks, taking over as head women’s coach at California Baptist in 2012 after six seasons as head coach at Florida Southern College. Drew and his wife M’Leigh reside in Seward with their daughter Adelyn and son Jacoby.


Jon Perone
HS Girls Coach

Coach Perone spent seven seasons building the girls basketball program at Benson High School in Omaha, Nebraska. As the head coach at Benson, Jon guided the Bunnies to their first ever state championship in 2014. In his time there, Perone has been named Boys and Girls Club coach of the year the past three years in a row, two times has been named Omaha Metro coach of the year, and was also named Huskerland Prep coach of the year. This is his second season at Hastings College where he currently serves as the assistant women’s basketball coach. In his first season (2014-2015) he helped lead the Broncos to the NAIA Final Four.
